About us

For more than 75 years, we have been supporting companies and individuals in their tax, labor, accounting and legal challenges. We believe in close treatment, quality of service and work well done. All this is possible thanks to the 30 people who make up the human team of Pérez Sardà.

We are part of a national and international network of offices -Iustime- that allows us to provide service everywhere.

We promote regulatory compliance and respect for society through our principles and values.

Our history

The history of our firm is, above all, a story of vocation of service and family continuity.

It all began in March 1951, when Manuel Pérez Gómez (24/02/1919), as a mercantile expert, took the first step and began to accompany people and companies in the field of insurance.

Over the years, his son Manuel Pérez Sardà took over and gave a new impetus to the project: he expanded services, incorporated new specialties and consolidated a way of working based on close treatment, trust and responsibility.

In this stage his brother Josep M. Pérez Sardà also joined, reinforcing the area of insurance and opening an office in the Plaza Perpinyà of Granollers. The growth of the 80s and 90s leads us to become great in labor, tax and accounting services, and also in space, moving to Roger de Flor street and progressively expanding the facilities.

At the end of the 90s the third generation arrives, with the incorporation of Gemma Pérez Armengol and Marc Pérez Riera, and later Sònia Pérez Armengol, creating new departments such as the legal or compliance department.

Today, after 75 years walking alongside clients who are often already part of our history, we are a team of 30 professionals and, with the support of the Iustime association of firms, we offer service throughout Spain and also abroad.
